Latia Melton brings five years of healthcare experience and a heartfelt commitment to helping others to her role as AIT/BOC. Inspired by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference, she strives to create a warm, welcoming environment where every resident feels heard, valued, respected, and at home. For Latia, the most rewarding part of senior living is building genuine relationships with residents and their families. Whether she’s listening to a resident’s life stories, playing games, enjoying music, or preparing food together, she treasures the everyday moments that bring connection and joy. She especially loves the sense of family shared by residents, families, and staff. Outside of work, Latia enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, trying new restaurants, and making memories. She loves a good home-cooked soul food meal and finding happiness in life’s little moments. Her favorite motto is, “If you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready.” Latia’s door is always open, and she looks forward to getting to know each resident and family.

Gisselle Willis brings nine years of healthcare experience and a dedication to caring for others to her role as RCC. Inspired by her father’s work as a doctor, she pursued a career in healthcare where she could help residents feel supported and well cared for. Gisselle especially enjoys listening to residents share stories about their lives and getting to know the people who make the community special. Being greeted by smiling residents and staff is one of her favorite parts of each day. She also loves to joke around and make others laugh, bringing warmth and humor to her interactions. Outside of work, Gisselle enjoys spending quality time with her family, watching soccer, and enjoying her favorite food—sushi. Her favorite motto is, “Never give up, always keep trying.” Gisselle wants residents and families to know she is always available to listen to their concerns and offer support.
